The City of Yorkville announced that officials are accepting requests for proposals for a building condition survey.
The measure is hoped to help the city in outlining any observable maintenance wear and tear, health, safety or ADA violations, any observable structural issues and estimates of costs to repair those items, the news release said.
The survey will not include any invasive testing or dismantling, the city said.
For the full proposal and specifications, go to yorkville.il.us. Proposals will be received now until 4 p.m. Oct. 31 at the Office of the City Administrator, 800 Game Farm Rd. in Yorkville.
